Delete Your Account
Delete in the app
- In the ZIQOO app, go to Settings → Profile and tap 'Delete account' at the bottom.
- Review the notice and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile (nickname, email, profile photo, bio)
- Your reviews, favorites, addresses, neighborhood settings, and reward history
- Your channel posts, comments, reactions, subscriptions, messenger key backups, and chat archives
- Uploaded photos and files are removed from storage within 24 hours.
What remains
- Messages you sent stay in the other person's chat, shown as 'Deleted user'.
- Channels you created are handed over to another member if one exists.
- A non-identifying record used to prevent duplicate benefits is kept for 180 days, then deleted.
Wallet assets
- Wallet assets live on the blockchain. ZIQOO cannot hold or return them for you.
- Store your recovery phrase safely before deleting. Without it, your assets cannot be recovered.
Signing up again
- Signing up again creates a new account. Deleted information is not restored.
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, choose 'Account deletion request' on the Contact page and send it from the email you signed up with. We will process it after verifying your identity.
