ZIQOO doesn't hide that difference in a single average. The two ratings are never combined. See the Neighbor Rating and the Visitor Rating separately and compare them directly. Covering not only restaurants but also everyday services like clinics, cafés, and beauty salons, it lets people who just moved to a neighborhood check neighbors' ratings of nearby businesses right away.

### Q. What is ZIQOO?
ZIQOO is a local business review app that shows a Neighbor Rating and a Visitor Rating separately instead of blending neighbors' and visitors' evaluations of restaurants, clinics, cafés, beauty salons, and other local businesses. You can also see Pros and Cons, recommended menu items, wait times, and age-group information, which you can refer to even when you have just moved to a new neighborhood.

It also offers the Neighborhood and International Communities, the encrypted messenger ZChat, and a self-custodial Solana wallet. ZIQOO Token rewards will be enabled in stages according to the official launch schedule.

### Q. How are Neighbor Reviews and Visitor Reviews different?
A Neighbor Review is a review of a business near one of your My Places, such as your home, your workplace, or another place you know well.

For each of your My Places you choose a Neighbor Review Range of 1–3 km. Inside that range you can choose either a Neighbor Review or a Visitor Review. Outside it, you can only write a Visitor Review.

The two ratings are never combined. They are shown separately as a Neighbor Rating and a Visitor Rating. Neither is presented as more accurate than the other; they reflect different experiences. Whether the two ratings actually differ will be examined with operating data after launch.

### Q. How does ZIQOO reduce review manipulation?
No separate visit verification is required. Instead, review volume is limited.

You can write up to 50 Neighbor Reviews in total during the year after your first one, and the limit rises by 10 each year after that. You can write up to 100 Visitor Reviews in any rolling 365-day period. You can keep only one undeleted review per business.

Rewards may be restricted if abuse such as multiple accounts or automation is detected. Neither the neighbor–visitor distinction nor these limits fully guarantees that reviews are truthful.

### Q. How do I use the Neighborhood and International Communities?
Set your home or workplace as My Neighborhood, and you can use Neighborhood News and Neighborhood Groups with users in the same Neighborhood Area.

Choose a Neighborhood Radius of 3 km, 5 km, or 7 km, and extend it to 10 km or 20 km if you need to. This is separate from the 1–3 km Neighbor Review Range used for Neighbor Reviews.

In the International tab, pick a nationality or a spoken language, and you'll be connected with users in the same Neighborhood Area who picked the same nationality or spoken language. The current service country and its language are not among the options.

### Q. Which conversations are encrypted?
1:1 Chats use end-to-end encryption (E2EE), and Private Group Chats use Messaging Layer Security (MLS), an IETF standard. Messages are encrypted on your device, and the system is designed so servers can't read your conversations.

Public Channels, Neighborhood News, Neighborhood Groups, International News, and International Groups are communities with many participants, so E2EE and MLS are not applied. Photos you post in these communities have their location data (GPS) removed on your device before upload.

Encryption does not protect against a compromised device, screen captures, or metadata that remains on servers.

### Q. How can I receive ZIQOO Token?
ZIQOO Token rewards are not yet active.

According to the official launch schedule, they are planned to be enabled in stages for Neighbor Reviews and Visitor Reviews; Weekly Missions in 1:1 Chats, Private Group Chats, and the Neighborhood and International Communities; and Basic Settings.

Star ratings and the positive or negative tone of a review do not affect the reward amount. Rewards are planned to be based on the activity itself, not on the direction of the rating.

### Q. Is ZIQOO Token being offered as an investment?
No. This page and the Technical Paper do not present or offer ZIQOO Token as an investment. They describe the structure and operating plans of the ZIQOO app and ZIQOO Token, and are not an investment solicitation or financial advice.

### Q. What happens if I lose my recovery phrase?
The ZIQOO wallet is self-custodial, so your recovery phrase is not stored on ZIQOO servers. You keep it yourself, and if you lose or expose it, even ZIQOO can't recover the wallet's assets.

Don't share your recovery phrase with anyone or store it online unprotected.

### Q. Are the Neighbor Review Range and the Neighborhood Area the same?
No. The Neighbor Review Range sets which businesses you can write Neighbor Reviews for. You choose 1–3 km for each of your My Places.

The Neighborhood Area sets which users take part in your Neighborhood and International Communities. It is made up of the 1 km grid cells within the Neighborhood Radius you choose: 3 km, 5 km, or 7 km, extendable to 10 km or 20 km.

The two are set separately. Changing your Neighborhood Radius doesn't change your Neighbor Review Range.

### Q. Why reward with a token instead of points?
Because a token lets you hold your rewards directly in your own self-custodial wallet, rather than as points managed by the ZIQOO operator. The same reward unit can also be used across countries, and issuance and transfer records can be verified through on-chain records.

Initially, rewards focus on reviews and other activities. If actual demand from users and businesses is confirmed, use cases may expand in stages to payments at businesses and in-app services.

### Q. What is the planned supply of ZIQOO Token?
ZIQOO Token will be issued as an SPL Token on the Solana network. The planned Initial Supply is 1 billion ZIQOO, and under the current 10-year plan an additional 30 million ZIQOO (3% of the Initial Supply) is planned to be issued each year.

The post-Year-10 issuance policy has not yet been determined. Any decision or change will be disclosed before it takes effect and reflected in the Technical Paper.

1 billion ZIQOO is the Initial Supply, not the maximum supply. On the current schedule, the Total Supply would reach 1.3 billion ZIQOO at the end of Year 10. This is the planned Total Supply at that point, not the maximum supply.

65% of the Initial Supply (650 million ZIQOO) is allocated to user rewards as the Reward Reserve. Of this, 550 million ZIQOO is used for rewards in Years 1–9, and the remaining 100 million ZIQOO is held as the Reward Buffer for use from Year 10. In special circumstances, it may also be used earlier after the increased Annual Reward Cap and the reason are disclosed before the year begins. ### Q. When are ZIQOO Token allocations released?
The Maximum Initial Circulating Supply is 80 million ZIQOO, or 8% of the Initial Supply. This is the most that can be distributed without lockup at launch. It does not mean that all 80 million ZIQOO enters circulation right away.

Allocations to the team, the Operations & Development Reserve, and the Emergency Reserve are released monthly over 36 months after a 12-month cliff from the initial distribution, 48 months in total. The Operations & Development Reserve is used for long-term service and infrastructure operations, technical development, security reviews, and legal and regulatory compliance, and the Emergency Reserve is used for unforeseen circumstances, such as responding to user harm arising from security incidents. ### Q. How are token issuance and reward payouts managed?
The mint authority and the project treasury are planned to be controlled by a 2-of-3 multisig. New issuance or a transfer of treasury assets requires signatures from at least two of the three signing keys, so a single leaked key cannot control the mint authority or the assets on its own.

In the early stage the founder manages all three signing keys, so this structure protects against the leak or loss of a single key. Key management after the transfer to a corporate entity will be disclosed once it is decided.

No freeze authority will be set, so the ZIQOO operator will be unable to freeze users' token accounts or arbitrarily restrict transfers.

The Annual Reward Cap is not changed during the year. Payouts are reviewed every three months, and payouts by activity may be adjusted for the rest of the year so that the cap is not exceeded.

Actual issuance, reward payouts, and circulating supply are planned to be published on the ZIQOO website every three months. The mint address and the wallet addresses for each allocation will also be published, so that anyone can verify issuance and balances on-chain.

### Q. Can I use ZIQOO in a country where business search isn't supported?
Yes. Business search and Neighbor and Visitor Reviews start first in Korea and the U.S. states of California and Washington, where business data is ready.

In countries not yet supported you can't use those features, but you can use 1:1 Chats, Private Group Chats, Public Channels, Neighborhood News, Neighborhood Groups, International News, and International Groups.

### Q. How many languages will ZIQOO support at launch?
At launch, ZIQOO will support 14 languages. Counting Simplified and Traditional Chinese separately, there will be 15 App Language (Locale) options.

The spoken language you choose for the International Community is managed separately from the App Language.

### Q. Is my photo sent to an outside service when I create an AI Emoji?
Yes. AI Emojis are currently generated through a connection to Google Gemini's image generation AI (Nano Banana 2 Lite; the connected model and version may be updated over time), and the photo you select is sent to that service. If you don't use AI Emojis, this doesn't happen.

### Q. What is the difference between a registered patent and a pending application?
A registered patent has passed examination and has been granted. A pending application has not finished examination, and there is no guarantee that it will be granted.

Six registered patents and four pending applications currently relate to ZIQOO's core features, all in the founder's name.

Registration alone does not prove product effects. Actual effects remain to be confirmed with service operating data.

### Q. Are the exact addresses of my My Places or my current location stored on the server?
No. The exact addresses of your home, workplace, and other My Places, and your current location coordinates, are not stored on the server. Your My Places addresses are encrypted and kept on your device.

For these location-based features, the server stores only your neighborhood membership at the 1 km grid level, which is needed to determine your Neighborhood Area, and the distance range between the business and your My Place that is shown on your reviews.

### Q. Is my phone number stored on the server too?
Your phone number is not stored in its original form. A hash value derived from it is stored instead.

For encrypted chats, encryption keys stay on your device, and the system is designed so servers can't read your conversations.

### Q. Can I see earlier conversations after I change phones?
Yes. If you move to a phone on the same platform and keep using your existing Google or Apple account, your conversations may be restored along with it.

If you move between Android and iPhone, you can restore them with the device-to-device transfer feature if you still have your old phone, or with the recovery key you saved in advance if your old phone won't turn on.

### Q. What happens while encrypted chat recovery is in progress?
Message placeholders and counts stay visible while recovery is in progress. Once recovery is complete, the contents are filled in automatically.

### Q. What happens to my assets if I delete a wallet from the app?
Deleting a wallet from the ZIQOO app does not remove its assets from the blockchain. To use those assets again, you need to restore the wallet with its recovery phrase. If you delete the wallet without the recovery phrase, even ZIQOO can't restore access for you.

Later rewards will go to a different reward wallet. Before you delete a wallet, make sure its recovery phrase is stored securely.
